Ethiopians living abroad and residents of Bole Bulbula visit members of the Armed Forces who are recovering at the Comprehensive Specialized Hospital.
Former United States Defense Forces (EDF) Commander-in-Chief Zewdu Melese, who is based in the United States, donated 70,000 birr worth of medicine and clothing during a visit to the hospital.

Mimi Derese, an Ethiopian woman living in Sweden, and her husband, Mr. Poo Hall, donated an estimated 100,000 birr worth of clothing, and have previously provided similar support to our army.
"When our heroes came to visit today, we came with this little thing so that we would not come empty-handed," he said.
Residents of Sele Selam condominium in Bole Bulbula donated 62,000 birr worth of sanitation and food. Similarly, Colorado resident Maba Shibru donated 1 wheelchair and 6 wheelchairs.
Councilor Zeleke Deresa, Managing Director of the Hospital and Social Work Coordinator, said the public support given by our people from all directions is admirable and lays a great foundation for our unity.
