Various institutions provided support to the Defense Forces and IDPs

The Dangur Woreda, Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation and Tirunesh Beijing Hospital have provided support to the Defense Forces and IDPs.

According to information received from the Zone Communication, residents and government employees of Tekel Zone have donated more than 2.2 million birr to the Defense Forces, which is upholding the rule of law.

According to Berhanu Kinfu, the Woreda's Chief Administrator, the support was given to understand the sacrifices being made by the security forces to ensure Ethiopia's sovereignty and to strengthen the ongoing peace process.

Similarly, the management of the Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation, the basic workers' union and workers in the Amhara National Regional State donated 1.7 million birr worth of clothes and daily food aid to the war victims in North Wollo Zone.

Tirunesh Beijing Hospital under the Addis Ababa City Administration Health Bureau has also donated over 3.6 million birr worth of medical supplies to Jara Health Station in Afar State.
