The Commander-in-Chief of the FDRE Armed Forces, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, thanked the leadership and members of the FDRE Joint Task Force. 

In a speech at the Friendship Forum, Prime Minister Abiy said many African leaders are proud of you for proving that you are proud not only of Ethiopia but also of Africa. 

The Prime Minister thanked the FDRE Defense Forces, the Ethiopian Federal Police, the Addis Ababa Police, the Oromia Police, the Republican Guard and the National Intelligence and Security Service. 

The Prime Minister thanked the security forces for working together to ensure a peaceful end to the great regional and international events of the past few months.


 

The FDRE Security Task Force is currently conducting a Thanksgiving program. The Joint Task Force is grateful for the contributions made by various parties to ensure that regional and international events held in our country can be completed without any security problems.

The ceremony was attended by the Commander-in-Chief of the FDRE Armed Forces, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, Federal Police Commissioner General Demelashge Michael, members of the security forces and invited guests.
